We are a company that manufactures and sells custom-made fine and small diameter End Mills. The corresponding size is 1.0 mm or less in outer diameter, and the minimum size is 10 μm.There are three types of tool materials: PCD (polycrystalline sintered diamond), cBN, and cemented carbide. Tool shapes include balls, radius, pincado, various tapers and special shapes.
外径1.0ｍｍ以下の微細エンドミルを高精度万能工具研削盤で1本からオーダーメードで製作。工具素材はＰＣＤ（多結晶焼結ダイヤモンド）・ｃＢＮ・超硬の3種類。工具形状はボール・ラジアス・ピンカド・各種テーパー・特殊形状など。高精度加工に必要不可欠な１μｍ単位の実測値を全製品に添付。お客様とのヒアリングから最適な工具のご提案をさせていただきます。簡易図（手書きでＯＫ）からの製作も可能です。

外径1.0ｍｍ以下のＰＣＤエンドミル・超硬エンドミル・ｃＢＮエンドミル。
外径1.0Φ以下の微細エンドミルをオーダーメイドで製作します。
高精度万能工具研削盤で小ロット(最小1本)から対応致します。
当社の強みは工具を作る人（当社）と使う人（お客様）が直接対話することで、お客様の要望・用途に合わせた微細工具の造り込みが出来る事です。
工具素材はPCD（多結晶焼結ダイヤモンド）・ｃBN・超硬の3種類。
工具形状はボール・ラジアス・ピンカド・テーパー・逆テーパー・特殊形状など。
エンドミル以外でも微細バイト（旋削用）・微細ピン/パンチ・微細測定子などの製作も一部可能です。
