We manufacture sand molds and cores for casting based on 2D (2D) or 3D (3D) data provided by the customer. The main mold, the core, and the integrated mold of the main mold and the core can be molded.

I think that there are many customers who want to change circuits such as "core only", oil passages and water passages. Correcting the wood pattern each time is a very difficult task. In addition, I think that there are cases where you cannot return to the original shape after changing it.
We will create cores in the sand 3D printer in the required quantity for trial production and provide them to your company. It can be handled like cores used in ordinary sand castings, so please use it for trial production.
