When casting with a sand mold, the finish of the product surface may differ due to the difference in the sand used (grain shape, grain size, resin amount).

We are currently able to make sand molds using four types of sand.
We select and cast the appropriate sand according to the customer's request.

For products that use fluids such as air, water, and oil, we have a good track record of proposals to form circuits with high surface roughness without processing.

It is possible to reproduce on the cast surface from Ra = 2.5 to 3.0, limiting it to important areas.
It is reproduced with Ra 10 or less as a whole, and the casting surface is at a level close to that of mold casting from the sand mold prototype stage.

We will support mass production from the initial stage.
