Why don't you make a replica with a 3D sand printer like the one in the photo?

Based on the two-dimensional (2D) or three-dimensional (3D) data provided by the customer, we will manufacture sand molds and manufacture aluminum castings. For customers who do not have data, we will undertake from data creation by reverse engineering by 3D non-contact (laser scan) measurement based on the actual thing.

1) Moldable size: 800 mm (width) x 440 mm (depth) x 400 mm (height)
2) Molding accuracy: ± 0.2 mm ~
3) Laminate thickness (pitch): 0.2 mm ~
4) Sand mold material: Cera beads (artificial silica) resin content about 2.5%
5) Compatible casting materials: Aluminum and iron, copper, for brass
6) Delivery date: For 2D data, 7 days (including 3D data creation)
5 days for 3D data

7) File format: IGES, STEP, parasolid, etc. (based on IGES and solidworks data)
