With Japan's leading upsetter (implanted forging machine), molds, and technology cultivated over many years, we can handle simple shapes, complicated shapes and hollow products (pipes). As a result, we can reduces the secondary processing process (cutting, etc.) to realize a significant cost reduction.
Normally, we can handle 3,000 lot from forging, heat treatment (normalizing) until shot in about 2 - 3 weeks. Since we have a large number of mold die blocks, we have realized mold's off-line setup. The setup time has been greatly reduced.
