We propose highly functional parts that take advantage of the characteristics of resin extrusion products, such as weathertightness, airtightness, anti-vibration, and soundproofing.
Resin composite extruded products made with TPO. A special active resin is co-molded on the surface as an ultra-thin film (20 microns). This process helps to reduce the typical characteristics of polyolefin-based elastomers, such as heavy sliding resistance, tendency to stick, and ease of getting dirty when in contact with other materials. Additionally, the water-repellent effect enhances stain resistance (anti-mold properties). These products are primarily used in sash components, door parts, and bathroom fittings, but they are also adopted in OA equipment, automotive parts, and other industries.
By applying a proprietary "Sube-Up" sliding-enhancement treatment to the inside of the LED cover, sliding properties are improved, which helps facilitate the insertion of tape LEDs.
This is an ultra-low hardness extruded product that enables long-length molding of gel. It comes in both adhesive and non-adhesive types with different surface tack levels, making it suitable for various applications. Flat sheets, round rods, square rods, and custom extrusions are also available. It offers excellent vibration absorption, helping to reduce noise. Standard dimensions are thickness 1mm–3mm and width 10mm–100mm. Its hardness and adhesiveness remain stable even at -30°C.
"Gel Gasket®" is a patented special extrusion product in which the ultra-low hardness extruded material "HOTTY Gel" is co-molded with an elastomer. Using gel alone as a gasket is difficult due to its extremely low hardness, making installation and handling challenging. However, by co-molding it with an elastomer, it becomes easy to install and handle while retaining the gel's vibration damping and watertight properties. Various shapes can be produced. Its thermal properties remain stable, with no changes in hardness or adhesiveness across a wide temperature range from -30°C to 80°C.
These are tubes made from TPO, PVC, HDPE, TPU, and polybutadiene materials. Other materials are also available upon request. Special extrusion molding can be applied to enhance sliding properties on the surface or interior of the tubes.
HP Filament® (Super Flexible Type)
A soft filament compatible with general MEX-type 3D printers. HP Filament® is a soft filament created through a proprietary blend of polylactic acid (PLA) and elastomers. While flexible, it retains the rigidity and core structure of a hard filament during filament processing, and it does not stretch in the longitudinal direction, making it ideal for use with MEX-type 3D printers.
It enables fast, low-cost prototyping of rubber or soft resin parts with hardness between 60 and 70A, without the need for molds. Even if you don't own a 3D printer, we offer contract manufacturing if you provide your data.

These are automotive tubes made from TPO material (Milastomer).
This is a TPO sheet extrusion product with a width of 50 mm and a thickness of less than 1 mm. For widths over 50 mm, mold costs become higher, but production is still possible. Other materials besides TPO can also be considered upon request.
