This product was made as our microfabrication elements and as the second series compilation of joining different materials technology and know-how for designing and manufacturing products.
Like the previous globe production, we want to introduce sample that not only people involved in this industry, but also people in different industries and children can understand at a glance.
The bone part is A7075 machined product molded with transparent silicone rubber, and the aluminum bone part is molded exactly at the specified location. This is a mix of precision parts processing, 3D shape data processing, and insert molding technology.

We carefully replicate the wrinkles of the skin on 3D model mold processing and trims it appropriately, so that we can maintain the skin reality and keep the transparency of the product after molding.
All aluminum bones are insert-molded independently, and it is possible to bend the moving parts.
