TOK, Inc. was established in 1938 and has been the world leader in the design of mechanical and motion technologies of plastic bearing for more than 80 years. We produce various radial ball bearings, one-way clutches, rotary dampers, geared motors and torque limiters for use in sanitary, furniture, home appliances, office equipment and medical devices.
TCJ is a one-way clutch that realizes high torque 0.78Nm in spite of its small size and can be used in high temperature environments.

The damping torque of TD73 rotary damper typically fluctuates from low to high, but we can customize the damping behavior as required. TOK dampers are all customizable.

Using our expertise with plastic ball bearing technology, we were able to develop and design these one-way clutches with features such as a built-in clutch element integrated into a molded design. We can apply this technology to your requirements and custom design a one-way clutch according to your specifications: gear, timing pully, cam, lever, etc. There are two basic types of one-way clutches available: TCM uses metal springs as the clutch element, and the TCX series, which uses plastic springs as the clutch element.

Plastic ball bearing featuring a polyacetal (POM) outer race, and steel inner race. Its main applications are: office furniture, furniture, vending machines, and refrigerators. There are 3 different types of D-Series Bearings, each serving a different use of application: Hole, Screw, and Riveting bearings. In addition, there are 6 different types of outer housing shapes, which can be seen below. Dimensions range from φ9 to φ48, and load capacity ranges from 2kgf (4.40 lb) to 20kgf (44.0lb).

The high-temperature use TD69 rotary damper can be used up to 80℃ thanks to the robust ULTEM™ material. And the damping torque typically fluctuates from low to high, but we can customize the damping behavior depending as required. TOK dampers are all customizable.

The art-of-the-product SR12 friction clutch is an interactive clutch of reverse-input shutoff type.
This products allow you to easily lift and lower heavy objects and hold them in any position.

Max torque: 1.0 N･m
The durability cycles are 6 times longer than other competitors' normal rotary dampers, therefore, it can be used up to 300,000 cycles.
The silicone-oil expands and shrinks due to temperature fluctuations. However, thanks to the its hydraulic-accumulator mechanism, the SR3 rotary damper can be used in temperature between -5 ℃ and 70 ℃.
