◆Types of brazing
1. Hard brazing (silver brazing)
Silver melting point is 962℃, copper melting point is 1085℃.
Silver weill melts first, but it is possible to weld without melting copper.
Silver itself, which is used for bonding with copper, has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, so it is widely used in the heavy electric industry.

*The borderline for hard brazing and soft brazing is set at 450℃ or higher/lower.

2. Soft brazing (soldering)
Solder melting point is 250℃, and copper melting point is 1085℃.
It is used in various industries because of its low melting point, convenience of work, and quick and easy hardening after soldering.
It is also possible to apply plating over the soldered part.

◆ Additional description
The temperature of a general conflagration is said to be 945℃ for about 1 hour and 1049℃ for about 2 hours. This is backed up by the fact that electricity, which is essential for our daily lives, can be safely delivered to facilities that are close to our daily lives by applying appropriate materials and processing methods.
