SHOUTEN means shop, even though we are a copper processing manufacturer.
We used to be a material wholesaler, so we have "shop" attached to the company name. We have established a purchasing route, such as purchasing from a wholesaler that has been doing business since the Meiji period, so even when materials were in short supply for a while, there was no impact to us.

Currently, while making full use of the procurement route of the wholesaler era, we deliver products in ready-to-install condition after process below.

Recently, I borrowed the connections of a wholesaler in Asakusa Tokyo, and asked them to cut the copper strip from the master coil by minimizing the excess. Usually it could only get 3 rolls, but at the end I reversed it and drastically slowed down the cutting speed and was able to cut it into 4 rolls.
We were able to reduce it to 1/3 of what it used to be. It was a good opportunity to reduce wasteful material costs and losses because we are processing with limited resources.

Other than this, by making small improvements on a daily basis we think that there are still many things we can do such as increasing sales or reducing costs.
