JINGDIAO machine tools develops and manufactures machine tool designs, main components, PC-based NC controllers, CAD/CAM, peripheral equipment (including automation), all in-house.

They have a development department with more than 900 people (including 220 software development staff), and 1,200 field engineers (including 230 application staff) support the processing verification and service of customer workpieces.
A system that automatically corrects the finishing amount based on the data obtained by automatically measuring the cutting surface of the workpiece and the position of the cutting edge of the tool achieves a surface roughness (Sa) single nano and a pitch accuracy of within 2 μm (full stroke).
Optimal mechanical structure, control, and CAD/CAM are applied for each model, and the optimal holders and tools are used to achieve the ultimate in spatial precision and fine processing.
