The Application of Cemented Carbide
Automobiles:
Used for dies, jigs, and cutting tools required for manufacturing various products such as chassis, engines, powertrains, transmissions and screws that comprise the components of automobiles. We offer an extensive lineup of original types of materials adaptable for a wide range of conditions such as cold forging, warm/hot forging, and press work.
Aircrafts:
Used for high performance tools such as milling and drilling for special aerospace materials and dies or jigs required for manufacturing precision components and bearings.
Electronic Components:
Used for dies, jigs, and device components required for manufacturing various products such as semiconductors, motors, capacitors, relays, batteries, connectors and switches which are active components, passive components and mechanism components constituting electric parts, portable equipment, and electronic units of home appliances. We offer an extensive lineup of original types of materials suitable for a wide range of conditions such as bending, punching and drawing.
Medical Treatments:
Used for dies and jigs required in the manufacturing process of various components such as steel products and extra-precision parts in medical instruments. Also used for dies, jigs and blades required in the manufacturing process from medicament production to packaging of medicines applications.
Civil Engineering and Constructions:
Used for bits required for civil engineering and construction work, mainly for shield tunnel excavation, road surface drilling and foundation work in urban development projects.
Steels and Milling Rolls:
Used for various cold and warm forging rolls for steel manufacturing, shearing slitters and milling rolling tools.
