The assembly machine charges automatically, automatically supplies components and assembles into a battery charger, replacing workers in harsh working environments. Using transfer robot mechanism, servo motor, component level vibrator. Save costs and increase productivity.
Use to assemble the details to make up the phone adapter. The machine has 12 positions corresponding to each position is a stage of assembling each part in order. When the assembly is complete, there will be a camera to check for errors when assembling, whether there are missing components or not?.
The machine needs 1 worker to feed components into the vibrating hopper and 1 worker to take the product out. The system reduces 6 workers to operate.
The via grinding machine includes a brush mechanism, an in-out conveyor, a transfer arm, and a product center head.
Principle of product grinding: anti-center head 2 product heads 2 grinding brushes rotate in the same direction to clean through the outer surface, during the grinding process, there is a coolant nozzle for the product.
The machine is used for mass turning machining parts. Using servo motors and stepper motors, replacing workers in harsh working environments. Save costs and increase productivity.

The system includes input/output conveyor, 6-axis robot. The machine is used to pick up products from the conveyor of the processing machine to load the goods into the tray. Substitute for queue workers.The robot in this system uses a 6-axis Mitsubishi robot that is flexible in changing product models to save costs when changing models.
Automatic bar feeding system for cam lathes. The system includes a cam product clamp. The hand tranfer uses the servo motor to control the correct position of the product to achieve high efficiency in production.
The intermediate jig input/ouput conveyor and the X, Z, and Tay transfer hands will pick up the product from the input conveyor and put it into the lathe and take the goods off the ouput conveyor.
The fully automatic system cuts off 2 workers who are operating 2 independent lathes, replacing workers in harsh working environments. Save costs and increase productivity.
