In 1988, Thai Starlite Manufacturing Co., Ltd. began its operations in Chachoengsao Prefecture, the Kingdom of Thailand. Over the past 30 years, we have produced productions of high precision and high quality, they have expanded globally mainly in Japan and China.

A huge hit as an oil seal alternative! Fluororesin shaft seal extends bearing life
The fluororesin shaft seal "ALP Lip Seal" is the 'Almighty Seal' that can be used as a replacement for oil seals and mechanical seals.
It is said that the lifespan of bearings is reduced to 1/5 to 1/3 due to dust contamination and to 1/10 due to water contamination. The ALP® Lip Seal helps maximize the lifespan of bearings and contributes to reducing maintenance costs.
It can also be used as a seal for high-pressure gases.

STARLITE ALP SEAL is customize sealing item for application which is require high
perform result. Regarding higher heat resistant, higher wear resistant and absolutely
sealing application. Clear imagine between rubber seal and ALP seal for shaft seal
or bearing protection seal. Shaft condition from wear are totally difference and once
shaft is wear. Sealing function will decreasing then leakage will come.
ALP seal can perform under high chemical, heat , water , oil or grease condition.
Most basic design is lip seal , dust seal , piston ring, v packing.
One of great performance is plastic labyrinth seal.
BAKES is high performance phenol resin for various industry. Greats function such as
higher heat resistant and better wear resistant at the same time for machinery , mechanical press clutch and brake, etc.
Other great function such as for water or waterless application. Sometimes usual
bearing can't perform under lack of lubrication or water condition. BAKES bearing is
a choice for such application. Example is steel industry , Under water lube condition and
high temp condition , BAKES material can perform under two extreme condition and plus
benefit from lower wear which lead to better shaft condition.
