Industrial material
Thai Morishita
Insert for use after molding
Material: Brass C3604 low cadmium material (stainless steel is also available for Ultra II)
Compatible resin: thermoplastic resin
Features:
1. The fixing force is strongest in the insert after molding.
2. The product has a tapered shape and is securely set.
3. There are two types of Ultracert available depending on the customer's usage conditions.
Ⅱ The product shape is tapered, and the inner diameter of the mating material is also tapered, which allows heat to be transmitted over a wide area at once, resulting in good thermal conductivity. It can be set more easily and reliably than any other insert.
Ultraset is designed for use after molding, specifically developed for thermoplastic resins. It comes in two materials: low-cadmium brass C3604 and stainless steel, both featuring a tapered shape. This taper design allows for the transmission of heat over a wide area at once, enhancing thermal conductivity. Furthermore, it offers extremely strong holding power, thereby improving the reliability and durability of products.
