These are products that can strongly join male threads, female threads, and spacers to metal press products through press clinching. In addition to standard product lineups, we also cater to custom requests.

■ Product Description
It's a spacer that can be easily and completely fixed by selecting the desired height of the product and pressing it in with a press. It's a multifunctional product that serves as a nut, post, spacer, and positioning axis. There is no need for deburring or chamfering during installation. After processing, there are no protrusions on the surface of the mounting plate, allowing for a clean finish.

■ Installation
Press-fitted using conventional equipment (standard pressing machine).

■ Drill the specified mounting pilot hole.
(Note) At this time, do not remove any burrs or other material from the mounting hole on the installation side; press-fit as is.
Insert the self-spacer into the mounting hole and the die below.
Apply pressure with the press until the knurled part is flush with the counterpart material.
