Value and system of technology & equipment
At JUTHAWAN MOLITEC (THAILAND), we have introduced four 400-ton single-action presses equipped with automated transfer systems, enabling large-lot, high-precision mass production. Thanks to the high-rigidity design, deformation and vibration during processing are minimized, ensuring stable quality. The long 120 mm stroke allows for handling parts in a wide range of shapes and sizes. We have established a stable local supply system in Thailand to meet local procurement needs.

Supported products, materials, and processing
We can handle a wide variety of parts such as automotive engine and transmission components, continuously variable transmission (CVT) parts, agricultural machinery components, blade parts, and grip parts. We support a wide range of materials, including special steels (polished, cold-rolled, hot-rolled), stainless steels for springs, hardened steels, and general stainless steels. Even complex shapes and large parts can be stably formed with our high-rigidity presses, enabling the development of products with high design flexibility.

In-house integrated processes and strengths
We provide fully integrated support, from pressing, assembly, welding, surface treatment, to machining. By utilizing automated transfer systems, we minimize human-induced variations, ensuring stable processing quality and high production efficiency. The in-house integrated system also enables smooth information sharing and delivery management, which is another strength.

Equipment system and delivery responsiveness
In addition to the four 400-ton single-action presses, we have a variety of equipment, including 60t–300t progressive presses and 400t & 630t cold forging presses. We can flexibly respond to urgent delivery requests within Thailand and achieve stable supply for large, medium, and small lot orders. The high-rigidity press lines are particularly suitable for parts that require high precision and also contribute to improved cost performance.
