Supported materials include special steels, cold-rolled steels, hot-rolled steels, stainless steels, and stainless steels for springs. Thanks to stable dimensional accuracy and surface quality throughout the process, we meet the strict requirements of OEM manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers in Thailand.

In-house integrated processes and strengths
We offer fully integrated support, from die design and manufacturing, pressing, welding, surface treatment, assembly, to inspection. In addition to stable supply through the 400-ton press automated transfer lines, we have established an advanced quality assurance system to minimize dimensional variation during mass production. Using 3D measuring machines and image measurement systems, we conduct 100% inspections and in-process inspections tailored to each product's characteristics.
