This product was developed to improve work efficiency and stabilize slip resistance beyond what is recognized by the Architectural Institute of Japan's JASS-6 for the treatment of friction joining surfaces of plated high-strength bolts, which allows for blasting. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of excellent corrosion resistance and being maintenance-free, making it widely adopted in various architectural structures. However, it's challenging to sufficiently achieve "slip resistance" at bolted joint surfaces. FricUp Zn allows for simple application without the need for moving the product for blasting, worrying about masking or noise, or requiring specialized skills, ensuring reliable "slip resistance" for bolted joints.
