Features:
Removes rust and scales, such as iron, attached to metals of hot water and steam (steam) heat exchange plates.
Cleans scales mainly composed of iron found in well water and piping through immersion.
Reacts with iron particles, changing color to red-purple, indicating the cleaning effect visibly.

Applications:
Scale cleaning agent for plate-type heat exchangers.
Removal of transfer rust from heat exchange plates and metal parts.

Use temperature range / Room temperature

Usage Method:
Pre-clean the plate to remove any dirt.
Immerse in a chemical tank filled with this solution.
Keep immersed until the scale is removed (around 8 hours as a guideline, but it depends on the scale level). The solution changes from clear to dark purple.
Remove the plate, thoroughly rinse off the chemical, and dry.
Dilute according to the degree of dirt (from the original concentration up to 3 times) and immerse until the scale is removed.
Heating the solution to 40-50°C enhances the cleaning power.
