Features:
- A semi-fluid, adhesive lubricant that does not contain bitumen oil or heavy metals and includes graphite, which can be easily applied with a mechanical spray device.
- By greasing high-viscosity base oils, it exhibits excellent pipeline flowability. Additionally, GEAR210-2500 applied to the gear lubrication surface protects the gear tooth surface through the action of EHL (Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication) theory.
- It does not drip under high temperatures and does not scatter at high peripheral speeds. It also has excellent grease pumping ability at low temperatures, water resistance, and wear protection.
- Suitable for large drive systems of cement plant equipment manufactured by companies like Krupp-Polysius, KHD, F.L. Smidth, Fuller, and for ball mills and open gears in sugar factories, as well as for wire ropes.
- Offers excellent wear protection performance.
- Corrosion-resistant.
- Excellent adhesion.
- Particularly effective for sprockets and lubrication points at high speeds.
- The greasing interval can be controlled for application.

Applications:
- Suitable for the lubrication of open gears, girth gears, gears and sprockets in mixers, and wire ropes and sheaves in cranes, such as kilns.
