MAKINO's EDNC10 NC Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) sets a new industry standard with innovative Hyper-Cut and SuperSpark technology, significantly reducing processing time for various materials while ensuring high precision finishes.

The MAKINO EDNC10 NC EDM was developed to significantly improve processing efficiency in the manufacturing sector. This machine is equipped with Hyper-Cut and SuperSpark technology, including H.E.A.T. technology, which substantially addresses the traditional issues of lengthy processing times and electrode wear.

Features:

Hyper-Cut Technology: Increases discharge energy per unit of time to boost processing speed dramatically. This technology also reduces the incidence of abnormal discharges, enabling high-quality finishes.
SuperSpark Technology: Reduces rough processing time regardless of electrode or workpiece material. In combination with Hyper-Cut technology, it achieves further reductions in processing time.
HS-Rib Function: Enhances the Z-axis jump function to accelerate rib processing. A high-speed jump of 20m/min facilitates effective debris removal, shortening processing time.

High-Rigidity Machine Structure: Utilizes a table-fixed structure with moving XYZ axes, accommodating large workpieces without altering spindle posture.
