ZEISS XENOS is a coordinate measuring machine developed to meet the highest standards of precision. It features a new mechanical design based on the achievements of ZEISS CenterMax, utilizing linear drives on all axes and employing silicon carbide ceramics to minimize the effects of thermal expansion, achieving high rigidity and lightness. As a result, it provides the highest measurement performance with extremely high positioning accuracy at high speeds.

Innovative Mechanical Design: By isolating the moving axes from the clamping area and moving only the crossbeam in the Y-direction, it keeps the moving mass constant.
Adoption of Linear Drives: The use of linear drives on all axes allows for high positioning accuracy and very high straightness, even during high-speed and rapid acceleration.
Virtual Center Drive: Center driving of the Y-axis optimizes the driving force according to the position of the X-axis, improving accuracy and traceability.
Use of Silicon Carbide Ceramic: The use of silicon carbide ceramic, which has low thermal expansion and high rigidity, further enhances accuracy.
