The SAXM series from SCHMALZ is a vacuum cup designed specifically for thin steel sheets coated with an oil film. Made of Elastodur, which offers approximately three times the wear resistance and ozone resistance compared to nitrile rubber, it ensures a long lifespan. Its soft, bell-shaped design with a large stroke is also suitable for suctioning workpieces with curved surfaces like wheels. Additionally, the suction surface grooves allow oil to escape, making it ideal for the high-speed transport of thin steel sheets with an oil film. Equipped with a brake foot, it prevents the intake or deformation of thin workpieces during suction. With a wide range of sizes from Φ30mm to Φ115mm, it can accommodate various applications.
