Established in 2006, Guhring Thailand has grown from a small sales company to one of
Thailand’s leading suppliers of precision cutting tools. We are the only tool manufacturer with a one-stop-service center in Thailand. Everything in-house from special tools to regrinding and/or coating. We also regrind tools of other brands (not Guhring). Our subsidiary consists of the following departments: Trade Department, Service Division (special tools, regrind and coating) and tool management Division.
We have our own carbide and several Production plants in Worldwide and in Thailand.
Each product group has its own specialist.
Guhring Tool Management
Tooling expenses are often a target of cost-saving measures, with tool consumption and purchase price at the focal point of discussions. But there are less-obvious costs tied to the shortcomings of most tool management practices, hidden in lost time due to stock issues or inefficient reporting systems.
A smart vending system can alleviate these problems and optimize your inventory management. Guhring can design and build custom vending machines for your company’s unique requirements. Guhring Tool Management vending machines are available in drawer and scroll designs that work with barcode scanning software for maximum efficiency and flexibility. All of the Guhring Tool Management vending machines are compatible to one another. Guhring Tool Management vending machines can be tailored to control and monitor tool consumption in small, medium and large manufacturing facilities.
Controlled storage and dispensing of tools is the basis for gaining tool consumption transparency and managing direct tooling costs. A prerequisite for this is however that tool stock is kept under lock and key and that every tool withdrawal is registered in the management software.
RF 100 Diver has established itself with customers that require high flexibility. The Ratio end mill covers five operations with one tool: It can perform drilling, ramping, slotting, roughing and finishing operations. As well as a programme extension Guhring is now introducing an innovation in the coolant delivery sector: Internal cooling optimised for both milling and drilling.
Where drilling tools rely on axial coolant ducts and milling tools on radial coolant ducts, RF 100 Diver offers both, in order to optimally cool and protect the face as well as the circumference geometry when drilling and plunging. Guhring’s decades of know-how in the production of carbide as well as FEM optimisation ensure maximum efficiency in cooling lubrication, chip evacuation and tool stability.
