New bevel cutting torch block
By adopting a newly developed RA (Rotate/Angle) method bevel cutting device, it is possible to achieve a lighter, more compact size and higher rigidity than the conventional high-speed link method and three-dimensional link (TCL) method. Easy maintainability has been achieved.
Improved operability
Equipped with Fanuc's NC unit with personal computer function as standard equipment to enhance the drawing function. Equipped with a "real-time drawing function" that shows the current cutting position and remaining cutting time while the cutting program is running, and a "document viewer function" that allows you to view the instruction manual on the NC screen.
Improved cut quality
The body is made smaller and lighter, and a new bevel cutting torch block has been adopted to achieve smooth machine movement and contribute to improved cutting quality.
Easier cutting condition setting
We have newly developed a cutting condition setting function that utilizes the NC unit with a personal computer function, and the cutting conditions can be set on the operation panel NC screen. This makes it possible to easily change the cutting conditions for each cutting material and plate thickness on the NC screen.
