Normally, plastic injection products are mass-produced products and use steel molds, but we are currently using aluminum molds, to produce trial products that customers need in small quantities (thousands of ) than the mass production quantity.
By using aluminum molds and small batch machining, we are able to respond to the need for large-scale testing before the customer puts the product into mass production.
If making small quantities, using steel molds will cost more, so using aluminum test molds is an optimal option for customers.
