- Double-sided positive inserts
WXGU and WXGQ inserts feature a double-sided design, providing up to 6 cutting edges per insert. This extends tool life and reduces costs.
- High-performance CBN grades
Available in BXA10 and BXA20 CBN grades, the inserts meet diverse machining needs for hardened steel, ranging from continuous cutting to light interrupted cutting. BXA10 offers excellent wear resistance for continuous cutting, while BXA20 provides superior chipping resistance for light interrupted cutting.
- Superior chip control
Inserts with HP chipbreaker improve chip control during finishing operations and reduce tool chipping during machining.
