EasyMulti-Cut is a multifunctional grooving tool provided by Tungaloy, ideal for deep face grooving. Its unique self-clamping system ensures easy insert replacement and secure fixing, delivering high rigidity even during lateral feed machining. The simple design, free of clamping screws, allows smooth chip flow for efficient chip evacuation.

- Unique self-clamping system
Enables simple insert replacement while ensuring secure fixing. Maintains high stability during lateral feed machining and allows smooth chip flow thanks to its simple structure.

- Adjustable blade for face grooving
Supports adjustable overhang length, accommodating groove depths up to 65 mm. The blade includes a scale on the side for easy setup. The blade features a larger height dimension (h2 > h1) for enhanced rigidity, providing excellent performance in deep face grooving.

- High-pressure coolant-compatible holder (CHP type)
Supplies coolant directly to the cutting edge, significantly improving chip handling and tool life.
