CPGC Industrial Estate Project is an industrial estate under the joint operation between the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and CG Corporation Company Limited, which is a collaboration of CP Land Public Company Limited and Guangxi Construction Engineering Group (a state-owned enterprise from Nanning province specializing in the construction of large-scale utilities). This industrial estate project is located in the Eastern Special Development Zone (EEC). Located in the area of ​​Map Kha Subdistrict, Map Kha Phatthana, Nikhom Phatthana District and Nong La Lok Subdistrict, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province

The industrial estate project area has a total project area of ​​3,068-1-15 rai (1,213.10 acres).
