Since the founding of our company in 1947, we have grown with the support of all our staff and business partners. Additionally, on October 1 this year, we established a new marine engine sales company, becoming a group of 27 companies located in Japan and overseas with 103 bases and 1200 employees.


We are optimizing our business portfolio with the aim of achieving the image of the Seika Group in 10 years, setting forth the long-term management vision formulated in 2017, to be "a global corporate group that adapts to changes in the business environment, with a strong management base".


In such an environment, the business environment surrounding our company is changing at size and speeds exceeding expectations due to the DX shift triggered by the spread of COVID-19 and rapid decarbonization and low carbonization of the energy infrastructure.


We will continue to implement all measures that allow us to make self-help efforts, such as the optimal investment of management resources and improvement of operational efficiency.
