The AF Series offers a wide range of robot arm types, from small to large, with significantly enhanced operability and functionality, especially in medium and large types. By integrating hoses within the arm, it reduces workspace clutter and prevents defects caused by debris. Compared to older models, the carrying capacity has increased by 20%, making it easier to install dual liquid mixing devices and color change valves.

Integrated Hose Arm: In medium and large types, hoses are placed inside the arm to avoid interfering with work, with options for φ40mm and φ70mm.
Increased Carrying Capacity: A 20% increase in carrying capacity compared to older models, allowing up to 20kg to be mounted on the upper arm.
Significant Increase in Memory Capacity and Fast Processing: Built-in IC memory is 4MB, about 4 times that of older models. High-speed CF cards are used for auxiliary storage devices.
Adoption of Explosion-Proof Teach Pendant: Teaching is possible even within explosion-proof areas, with a kanji display monitor for easy reading.
