The pulsation absorption system, centered around the high-pressure paint regulator (HMR4), back pressure valve (HRV4), and pulsation absorption damper (DA1), effectively suppresses the pulsation during paint supply. This system converts the primary pressure's instability into a stable secondary pressure of less than 5MPa, eliminating unevenness in painting caused by pulsation. It is especially suitable for industrial applications requiring precise painting.

HMR4 (High-Pressure Paint Regulator): Utilizes a high-precision diaphragm method, converting up to 10MPa of primary pressure into a stable secondary pressure of less than 5MPa.
HRV4 (Back Pressure Valve): Incorporating a back pressure valve into the post-pulsation circulation system prevents the spray state from becoming unstable and quantifies the circulation amount.
DA1 (Pulsation Absorption Damper): Effectively absorbs pulsations caused by valve switching in plunger-type paint supply pumps through an air damper, achieving stable paint supply.
