The Wet Thickness Gauge WTG3 is a measuring instrument designed to dramatically improve the accuracy and quality of painting operations. This gauge allows for easy and accurate measurement of the wet paint film thickness immediately after spraying. The WTG3 is used to measure film thickness from 25μm to 125μm and can simply be applied perpendicularly to the paint film surface to directly check if the required film thickness has been achieved.

■ How to Use and Tips
After spray painting, apply the 25 to 125 side of the WTG3 vertically to a smooth area of the paint film surface. If paint adheres to the 100 mark, it indicates a film thickness of over 100μm, and if no paint adheres to the 125 mark, the thickness is between 100μm and under 125μm. This simple operation allows for the immediate confirmation and adjustment of painting work quality if necessary.
