The MacDry MB-1001 is a low-temperature, low-humidity baking oven with a 1200-liter capacity, optimized for low-temperature baking of IC packages. Complying with IPC/JEDEC standards, it offers baking at a maximum of 50°C and an ultra-low humidity environment of 1%RH. This prevents moisture-induced damage to electronic components, significantly improving their quality and lifespan.
