There are a series of machine tools, Presses, Plating lines (barrel and reel-to-reel), Vertical injection molding machines and Semi-auto winding machines, we have long experiences of progressive stamped parts as terminals, deep-drawing parts and lamination cores, over-molded parts as Solenoid coils.
Press Machines: 25ton, 30ton, 40ton, 45ton, 60ton, 80ton, 100ton, 110ton, 160ton, 200ton, 220ton.
Progressive stamping parts: Deep drawing parts, Terminals, Busbars, Yokes, Plates, Holders, Brackets, Elements, Lamination Cores, Clamps, Retainers, Calipers, etc...
Raw Materials used: C1020, C1100, C2600, C2680, C2801, C5191, C5210, C7025, TAMAC4, MSP1, SPCC, SPCE, SPCF, SECC, SGCC, ZAM, SUYP, SUS304, SUS410, SUS430, A1100 etc...
Material thickness: t0.1㎜~t3.2㎜
Size available: Minimum from size of a rice grain, Maximum to palm size.
Business field: Mainly for Automotive and Motorcycle industries. Others such as Solar power generator, Motor assisted bicycle, OA, FA, firefighting and sewing machine industries etc...
We are available for the In-house heat treatment and electro plating process after stamping.
Heat treatment: Magnetic Annealing, De-embrittlement, Annealing against Whisker

Parts feeder will automatically provide contacts/nuts/self clinching fasteners into progressive stamping dies one by one, then caulking it into stamped parts made of copper alloys.
In-die caulking process enables us to reduce additional caulking/welding processes after stamping. It also minimizes the risk of operational errors.
Application: Contacts for automotive switches, Contacts for circuit breakers, Busbars for EV batteries, Automotive wire-harnesses.

Tapping process in a progressive stamping die.
Tapping is performed in synchronization with the punching speed of the die.
Compared to an additional tapping process after pressing, it reduces man-hours and prevents forgetting to tap due to process skipping.
We can also deliver parts in embossed tape or radial taping for customers who use automatic mounting machines.
Our, RHYTHM group's Screw Terminal series are produced by this In-DIe Tapping process.

We have designed and made more than 800 progressive dies.

For drawing parts, terminals, busbars, brackets, lamination cores, In-die tapping, In-die caulking/riveting etc.
Total 20 skilled workers and die-designers.
