One stop services from tooling progressive dies, mass production of metal stamping parts, through heat treatment, electro plating, over-molded parts and solenoid coils.
There are a series of machine tools, Presses, Plating lines (barrel and reel-to-reel), Vertical injection molding machines and Semi-auto winding machines, we have long experiences of progressive stamped parts as terminals, deep-drawing parts and lamination cores, over-molded parts as Solenoid coils.
Press Machines: 25ton, 30ton, 40ton, 45ton, 60ton, 80ton, 100ton, 110ton, 160ton, 200ton, 220ton (includes 3 Servo Press Machines).
Progressive stamping parts: Deep drawing parts, Terminals, Busbars, Yokes, Plates, Holders, Brackets, Elements, Lamination Cores, Clamps, Retainers, Calipers, etc...
Raw Materials used: C1020, C1100, C2600, C2680, C2801, C5191, C5210, C7025, TAMAC4, MSP1, SPCC, SPCE, SPCF, SECC, SGCC, ZAM, SUYP, SUS304, SUS410, SUS430, A1100 etc...
Material thickness: t0.1㎜~t4.0㎜
Size available: Minimum from size of a rice grain, Maximum to palm size.
Business field: Mainly for Automotive and Motorcycle industries. Others such as Solar power generator, Motor assisted bicycle, OA, FA, firefighting and sewing machine industries etc...
We are available for the In-house heat treatment and electro plating process after stamping.

Parts feeder will automatically provide contacts/nuts/self clinching fasteners into progressive stamping dies one by one, then caulking it into stamped parts made of copper alloys.
In-die caulking process enables us to reduce additional caulking/welding processes after stamping. It also minimizes the risk of operational errors.
Application: Contacts for automotive switches and circuit breakers, Busbars for EV batteries, Automotive wire-harnesses.

Tapping in a progressive stamping die.
Tapping is performed in perfect synchronization with the punching speed of the die.
Compared to a separate tapping process after stamping, this method reduces labor hours and eliminates the risk of missed operations due to skipped processes.
We can also supply parts in embossed tape or radial taping formats, tailored for customers who use automatic mounting machines.
The RHYTHM Group’s Screw Terminal series is manufactured using this advanced in-die tapping process.

We have designed and made more than 800 progressive dies.
Max. die length: 1500mm (Maximum machine tonnage is 220-ton)
For drawing parts, terminals, busbars, brackets, lamination cores, In-die tapping, In-die caulking/riveting etc.
Total 20 skilled workers and die-designers.

We produce coils for solenoid valves for Automotive parts such as; EGRV(Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve), VTC(Valve Timing Control), IECAS(Intelligent Electronic Control Adaptive Suspension), Injector、EOP(Electric Oil Pump).
We offer a comprehensive one-stop service, covering everything from stamping terminals and molding bobbins to winding coils, spot welding, and over-molding. We are working on implementing an automated robotic solution for coil winding through spot welding. Our process also includes multiple inspection stages, such as layer-short testing, insulation verification, and resistance assessment, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Total monthly production volume reach to 500,000 coils.
