We have some unique technologies as Caulking/Riveting in Die.
Self Clinching fasteners, nuts or contacts are fed into a progressive die in synchronization with the speed of stamping speed of the die (SPM) caulked.
A sensor installed in the progressive die detects any misalignment.
In-Die caulking/riveting technology eliminates the nut welding process in post-process. This contributes to the reduction of man-hours and the risk of welding defects.

To meet increasing orders from our customers,
we have introduced one more brand new ultra sonic degreasing machine!

Press shop is one of our core process and it needs to maintain its quality always high level and continuous improvement.

Our over molded parts are widely used in the fields such as automobiles, motorcycles, motor-assisted bicycles, and solar power generation systems.

We will support our customers with integrated production of progressive metal stamping parts and over molding parts made by in-house production.
