All steel towers are checked and controlled under closed process from material selection, planing for production, trial installation on computer. This process ensures the precision of every smallest detail, hidden corners of steel bars and contiguous points are concerned.

Bolt threads are lathed without gear cutting according to Vietnamese National Standards (TCVN) for project design.
Anchor bolts peripheral steel rods are manufactured by prestigous brands such as Hoa Phat, Viet Y, Tisco, and are connected to the bolt stem by strong welded joints carried out by experienced welders.
The columns can be produced from U, H, L, I shape steels based on the design. The steel used for manufacturing have clear origins.
These frames are made of different shape steels such as: pipe, tube and V-shape steels to ensure the lightness, the feasibility of installation and the durability of structures for any terrain. The products are being galvanized following ASTM- A123 Standard; it can be used up to 30 years.
All products manufactured at Ngai Cau are hot-dip galvanized, ensuring sufficient coating thickness according to ASTM A123/ A123M-13 standards of the American Society of Testing and Materials, the world's largest international standard organization. Thanks to this method, our steel products will have a strong protection layer with low maintenance costs.
