H2 storage tank has been polished by acid washing. This is traditional product of RK Engineering to export to Japan. The tank was made with high standard controlled by ASME with stainless steel. After completion, the product will be imported to Japan.

Vacuum drying is a safe and highly efficient technique for drying large volumes of heat-sensitive powders or granules at a much lower temperature than would be required in a traditional industrial dryer. In a vacuum, where ambient pressure is reduced, the flashpoint of liquids lowers considerably.
The chamber is made of stainless steel class SUS304 with vacuum space between jacket and inner shell to keep temperature low and minus pressure. The product requires a high-tech design, engineering and construction. This is a traditional product of RK Engineering.

Due to Covid-19, movement is blocked. Inspection for ASME certified products is also affected, that makes production schedule is delayed. In order to solve the problem, online inspection is a good idea which is approved by AI. Today, we carried out hydrostatic test for ASME tank. Inspection is done online by TUV Thailand. This inspection method helps production activity proceed without delay, ensuring delivery schedule.

With big size tank, there is no furnace having enough size for post weld heat treatment (PWHT) for whole tank, we have to carry out PWHT for block by block in furnace and for welding seam joint by heating belt. This method can solve the problem of PWHT for oversize tank.

RK's workers are completing tank before she is exported to customer in Japan. This is a popular product of RK Engineering with jacket and shell made of stainless steel.

On 28th June 2021 (Monday) RK proceeded storage test for H2 storage tank, which was made to export to Japanese customer. The product was designed and made under approval of JIS Standard by skilled worker of RK engineering. After about three month of fabrication, it was time to take leakage test. H2 has very small molecule so storage tank requires high welding quality done by skilled worker. welding line must be checked by UT, RT before leakage test. Next stage will be shot blast and painting before packing and shipping to customer in Japan. This is traditional product of RK Engineering, which has gotten trust from customer.
