We are a manufacturer specializing in small diameter pins, mainly for centerless grinding. The minimum work diameter for straight pins is 0.03 mm. Micro-size centerless grinding is our strength. We specialize in the electrodes of small hole electric discharge machining, parts of dies/molds such as core pins and punches, electronic components such as probe pins, and medical components such as catheter wires, endoscope components, and dilator core bars.

段付きピン・テーパーピン・スリット形状・角シャンク・先端チゼルなど様々な形状に加工したピン、また、それらの形状を組み合わせたピンを製作しております。

細穴放電加工用電極・コンタクトプローブなどの電子分野

電子部品の製造に欠かせないのがその部品の組立・加工装置です。当社で製造しております極小径パンチ・コアピンなどはこれらの電子部品の加工装置、特に製造ラインの金型に使用されています。
当社で開発した小径工具の加工技術は、こういった工具・部品を低価格で供給することを実現するもので、従来ではブランクから完成まで３工程以上かけていた段付き加工を、１工程で同時に精度よく加工することを可能とするものです。
