Kyowa Sangyo Co., Ltd. was founded in 1946, started as a wholesaler of chemical products, and then established a plating plant in 1988. In the beginning, our main plating business was for machine parts of general use. We currently specialize in thick plating on dies/molds of optical use (Cutting the thickly plated part).
主に光学用途の金型に用いる、切削加工用の無電解ニッケルめっきです。 金型上にピットピンホールのない、密着力にすぐれた無電解ニッケルめっきを数百㎛以上ほどこします。STAVAXなどのSUS材はもちろん、アルミやチタン、セラミックスにも、ピンホールのない、密着力のあるめっきが可能です。
開発効果：基盤にフォトレジストを貼り、露光して固めて、固まらなかった箇所にめっきを乗せ、その後フォトレジストを剥がしめっきを残します。
この作成方法で、従来より安価に短時間で精密金型を作成できるようになります。
開発品メリット：切削加工ではどうしても費用と時間がかかる加工を、エムメムス技術を用いて、削るのではなくめっきで積層することで、安価に短時間で作成する事が出来ます。
導入メリット：コストダウン、工程短縮、工数削減
もともとは、セラミックスにめっきできる、という自社のノウハウを生かし、セラミックスの放熱基板にフォトリソ技術とめっきで回路を作成するものです。エッチング方式と比べ、垂直に切り立った構造物が作成できます。同じ作成方法で、機械加工よりも費用と時間を短縮した微細穴や流路の金型を作成できるようになりました。
