By using special control molding machine realized through joint development with molding machine manufacturer and precision molds that incorporated our unique know-how, we were able to provide stable mass-production of film-like ultra-thin injection-molded products with thickness of 0.16 mm. In addition, we have established high efficient production line with our self-developed automatic gate cutting machine.
