Our company specializes in designing, manufacturing, and selling a variety of transformers and reactors. We are dedicated to meeting the detailed needs of our customers with quick delivery times and low costs.
About use
Supply Voltage: Use the transformer within its specified supply voltage range. Operating it outside this range can lead to damage not only to the transformer but also to the lifespan of connected loads. If the transformer is equipped with a spare tap on the input side, consider switching the terminals to match the supply voltage.
Rated Capacity: Adhere to the transformer's rated capacity. Overloading beyond its rated capacity can result in burnouts or defects, for which there is no liability assumed.
Electric Shock Prevention: To prevent electric shock, avoid touching the transformer during operation, regardless of the load or its condition. This includes avoiding contact with terminals, windings (coils), and iron cores (cores). Caution should also be exercised immediately after turning the transformer off, as parts may still be energized or hot.
About Connections
Wiring: Ensure that both the power supply and load sides are connected correctly, with particular attention to polarity. This is especially important for three-phase transformers, where incorrect wiring can lead to serious issues.
Tightening the Terminals: Properly tighten all terminals to prevent poor contact, which could lead to overheating or even a fire. For optimal results, use a torque wrench or torque screwdriver to ensure that the terminals are secured with the correct amount of force.
Ground Terminal: If the transformer has a ground terminal, it must be properly grounded. However, it is critical to avoid connecting the ground terminal to a gas pipe, as this can create a significant risk of explosion or fire.
About locations for installation
Waterproof and Moisture-proof: Since transformers are highly sensitive to moisture, implementing waterproofing and moisture-proofing measures during installation is essential to protect the equipment.
Dustproof: Transformers are also vulnerable to dust. Therefore, dust control measures should be a key consideration during installation to prevent damage.
Anti-vibration: Considering the vibrations emitted during operation, transformers should be installed on a stable floor or within an enclosure. This ensures the transformer remains secure, especially in the event of an earthquake. For movable caster types, ensure the stopper of the caster is locked.
Other Considerations: The installation site should be below an altitude of 1,000 meters and in an environment free from the impact of chemical substances.
