"We received 3D data from customer and manufactured all work using vertical machining center.
On photo, The product is the front one. The back one is a jig used on processing the upper surface. We used DMG MORI NV4000 DCG vertical machining center.
Although not shown in the photo, the bottom part is also a three-dimensional pocket with whole circumference round corner, and the jig is also made in a three-dimensional shape so that it fits perfectly, then the top part is processed. (The flat surface is inner wall pocket product only)

At our company, it is possible to create a program using 3D data and CAM even if the shape cannot be represented by drawing. Just provide the 3D data, we will do the jig design, create the CAM data, machining and a series of machining. This kind of service is our company feature.
We use Mastercam for CAD/CAM. Of course, it also available for simultaneous 5-axis control, so we can work on complicated shapes.

Please leave 3D data processing of aluminum products to us.
