The eco-DUOMIX precision volume dispensing unit made by preeflow enables mixing and dosing of the smallest quantities of 2-component fluids and pastes.
The preeflow eco-DUOMIX is THE dispensing system for all difficult to mix viscous 2-component materials. The dead space optimized mixing capsule used, instead of a mixing spiral, is available as a consumable and is installed directly at the outlet of the dispenser. Inside the capsule, the motor-driven mixer ensures optimum mixing of even difficult to process components despite its small volume. Precise application of even the smallest sealing beads is achieved by means of an exchangeable dosing needle, which is mechanically connected to the mixing capsule.

A purely volumetric dispensing device that applies the smallest amounts of single-component or 1-component fluids – for high-precision dosing technology. ecoDUO series dispenser is a mixing dispenser made by preeflow covers many applications within the low to medium viscosity dispensing range.
The preeflow eco-DUO series dispenser is a rotating, perfectly pressure-tight, two component dispensing system with self-sealing rotor-stator arrangement. The controlled rotary motion of the rotor transfers the dosing material by displacement in the stator. The material is unchanged by this process. An added advantage is that the flow can be reversed: The 2 part dispensing system ensures a clean and controlled stoppage of material or medium. No drips, no mess.
