We made 12m shooter by this Karakuri Lifter
(Height is about 3m)

This concept can be adapted to supply part to higher position
For example, supply part to operator on step

Free Navigation AGV is AGV without using Magnetic Guide Tape
Free Navigation AGV is easier to change route
And no need to repair the magnetic guided tape.
No need to set speed either

Free Navigation AGV is good for these as followings,
 Can’t install Magnetic tape
 Need to repair magnetic tape always
 Change layout often
 Want to use new technology

Briefly explain how to install our Free Navigation AGV

1, Make Free Navi AGV move by manual
Using Smart phone, iPad or PC
2, Show mapping data on PC after running AGV whole the way near the AGV route
3, Make AGV running route/path on mapping data at PC
4, Make stop points and input command such as speed, obstacle sensor detective area
5, Make AGV course by touch panel on AGV
( Max. 30 pattern of course )
( Can use Smart phone or iPad instead of touch panel )

That's all !!
Now, you can use Free Navigation AGV
Just select Course and press Start button

We installed our Free Navigation AGV to K company end of 2021

Free Navigation AGV deliver parts to assembly line
Total weight of trolley with parts is about 500kg
Until then, it was hard work for operator

Here is the flow
1, Operator select part following picking system
2, Operator set trolley with part and press Button
3, Free Navigation AGV starts to move backward and go under the trolley
4, Tow Pin goes up and catch trolley.
5, Free Navigation AGV deliver trolley with part to assembly line
6, After arriving at assembly line station, tow pin goes down and move backward
7, Free Navigation AGV goes under empty trolley. Tow pin goes up and go back to Home with empty trolley
