Based on high-precision and stable molding by V-LINE®, we have developed an electrification-compatible "eV-LINE" and a new mold clamping mechanism to improve productivity and save energy by increasing the cycle.

Electrification of V-LINE®
The V-LINE® injection and plasticization device, which is highly accurate and highly reproducible, has been driven by a servo motor. The measurement value and the position information of the injection position are controlled in a closed loop to improve the accuracy of each position and realize a high degree of repeatability of plasticization, measurement and injection. For injection devices with plunger diameters of φ28 mm and φ40 mm, speed-oriented units and pressure-oriented units are available, and the unit suitable for the molded product can be selected.

Electrification of mold clamping operation
By adopting a mold clamping device driven by a servo motor and a unique toggle link mechanism, it is possible to shorten the mold opening / closing cycle. The movable platen is supported by a linear guide arranged with a long span to stabilize the mold posture.
In addition, the electrification of these devices has realized a significant reduction in power consumption and improved the quietness of operating noise.

Operation panel with an emphasis on intuition
We have newly developed an operation panel that uses a selector switch exclusively for the "MS100". More intuitive operability is realized, such as operating the switch in the direction in which you want to move each unit, and molding can be performed with simple operations.
