We do header pin processing, which is deformation processing for metal wire materials.
It can contribute to not only products cost reduction, but initial cost reduction, such as die mold,
or related cost reduction, like plating, as well, then can lead to VA/VE for current products.
In the situation that more and more strict global competition is and cost reduction is continuous theme for every company,
we would like to suggest our products can be "one of your choice".
We can suggest assembly machine in next process as well. (Connector etc.) Deliverying in cut pin (transportation cost reduction) and lining-up the pin in line from hopper, then inserting the pin in the housing (plastic case), if necessary, can add forging, bending processing in process. This machine uses CAM drive, can save equipment cost and space, compared with air cylinder drive. (Equipment/ Depreciation cost reduction)
Application field is various from electrical/ electronic industry to automotive car industry, such as PC, TV, mobile, home appliance, automotive car related.
Header processing is deformation processing, which applies pressure to wire materials with a mold and forms dimension by bending, forging or tapering, etc. This processing is not punching, not die-cut, therefore yield is very good and can keep plating on 4-face (no post-plating) even if using pre-plating materials, which are materials plating is implemented for before header processing. Die mold is very small and similar to Jig size, then lead to initial cost fee save.
