Header processing is deformation processing, which applies pressure to wire materials with a mold and forms dimension by bending, forging or tapering, etc. This processing is not punching, not die-cut, therefore yield is very good and can keep plating on 4-face (no post-plating) even if using pre-plating materials, which are materials plating is implemented for before header processing. Die mold is very small and similar to Jig size, then lead to initial cost fee save.
