1. Ultra-compact and lightweight
By pursuing miniaturization and weight reduction, the pulse input type has been made approximately 30% smaller in volume and 31% lighter in mass compared to AC power input servo amplifiers. The EtherCAT multi-axis type can drive up to 4 axes with a single unit, contributing to space-saving. We also offer small-diameter servo motors with flange sizes of 14 mm and 20 mm, as well as cylindrical linear servo motors with motor widths of 12 mm and 20 mm, which can be installed in devices with limited mounting space, such as chip mounters.

2. Low-voltage specification
The power input is of a low-voltage specification, which is safer with less risk of electric shock. It can also be used in devices that comply with the Low Voltage Directive, one of the EU directives. It is ideal for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, small robots, chip mounters, optional axes for machine tools, medical devices, and more.
